When I joined the team, Convene had just begun a rapid growth phase that was slowly eclipsing WeWork. Then, COVID-19 struck. As the only design resource during this time due to layoffs, I personally directed or developed 99% of all creative output, from new signage systems deployed in our meeting and workspaces to sales collateral and marketing assets for new pivot products to create new revenue streams. Additionally, I developed creative for OOH, digital campaigns, and experiential and pop-up marketing events.
